Invitation to Kindergarten

Considering the next steps for your little one's education? Want to know how the Nursery differs from Kindergarten (pre-school) within the School and what the benefits are for a child spending time in Kindergarten prior to entering Reception?

To provide parents with all this information, we invite you to attend our annual Kindergarten Coffee Morning. This is a chance for you to view the classrooms & facilities, meet the staff and see the type of learning activities provided for our three and four year olds.

Time: 9am to 10am

Where: Kindergarten Classroom (located within the main school house at Hutton Manor)

About the Event

The Headteacher, the Kindergarten teaching staff and the Admissions Registrar will be present to provide you with more information. One or two of our existing Kindergarten parents will also be present to share their own experiences.

The event will commence promptly at 9am with a presentation by Miss Archer (Head of Kindergarten) and conclude with a Q&A session.

Admissions for Kindergarten places for the 2020/21 academic year are already looking in high demand. Our Little Acorns children are given initial priority to places (to reserve your child’s place, please submit a completed registration form for school entry by 31 January 2020, after which time places will be offered to external applications). The Registration Form is available to download below.

Please note: The Kindergarten classroom has limited space for prams/buggies therefore you may wish to make childcare arrangements for younger siblings who do not attend nursery, but we do understand if this is not possible.
